Supreme is the manufacturer of Polyurethane (P.U.) Coated Polyethylene (P.E.) Core foam fendering systems. Our system is superior as we incorporate Nylon Braiding into our PU Skins for additional reinforcement and prevent premature tearing during extreme condition. Solid PU coating alone will not protect and will tear upon encountering sufficient force. The thicker the PU coating, the heavier the fender will be. Our superior bonding technique incorporates nylon braidings into the skin using our unique High pressure injection moulding system which encapsulates the reinforcement braiding matrix with PU and encases the PE foam core in one process. This makes a light but extremely tough combination and gives a superior fender protection performance exceeding even those of natural rubber fenders.
